齿轮整体误差测量中异点接触误差及其修正

Different Point Contact Error and Correction Method in Gear Integrated Error Measurement

摘要: 在齿轮整体误差测量技术中,整体误差测量结果与齿轮单项误差测量仪器的结果之间存在差异的问题一直没有得到很好的解决。通过对齿轮整体误差测量中异点接触现象的分析,提出了异点接触误差的定义和计算方法,分析了异点接触误差和曲率干涉误差在本质上的不同之处,提出了基于准形态学滤波的异点接触误差修正方法,并进行了异点接触误差修正的仿真试验和实际整体误差测量结果的误差修正试验。理论分析和试验数据表明,修正后的整体误差测量结果更加接近实际被测齿廓的真实形状,应用本方法修正异点接触误差的效果显著,可提高整体误差式齿轮量仪的测量精度。

Abstract: In the area of gear integrated error technology of gear measurement, the problem that existing difference between the results of gear integrated error measurement and the single parameter measurement has not been solved well. By analyzing the phenomena of different point contact in gear integrated error measurement, the definition and calculation method of different point contact error, and the error correction method based on quasi-morphological filtering is proposed. The inherent difference between the errors resulted from different point contact and curvature interference are identified. Simulations of different point contact error correction and experiments of different point contact error correction for actual measured data are conducted. Theoretical analysis and experimental data show that the measurement result after correction are closer to the true shape of the actual measured tooth profile, the application of this method of error correction has significant effect and can improve the measurement accuracy of the gear instruments which based on integrated error technology.
