基于体压数据映射的定制坐垫接触面设计方法

Custom-contoured Cushion Interface Design Method Based on Interface Pressure Mapping

摘要: 贴合人体臀部轮廓的定制坐垫能够提高舒适性,定制坐垫接触面的体压映射设计方法简便且高效,但合理的体压映射函数难以确定。针对聚氨酯泡沫坐垫,提出了一种结合人体臀部-坐垫模型仿真结果确定体压映射函数的定制坐垫接触面体压映射设计方法(Simulated pressure and deformation mapping method,SPDM),建立人体臀部-坐垫有限元模型,结合实验者体型参数和泡沫材料特性曲线对人体臀部-坐垫模型进行适应性调整,拟合坐垫上表面压力与变形量仿真结果得到体压映射函数,利用体压映射函数对实测体压数据进行映射得到接触面凹陷量点云数据,在三维软件中完成定制坐垫接触面曲面重构。以两个不同体型(95和50百分位)的实验者为例,采用SPDM方法进行定制坐垫接触面设计,并与材料特性曲线映射方法(Tested material characteristic mapping method,TMCM)设计的定制坐垫接触面进行对比,曲面光顺性和体压分布指标比较结果表明SPDM方法设计的定制坐垫接触面具有更好的光顺性,能更好地贴合人体臀部,有效改善了坐垫体压分布。

Abstract: The custom-contoured cushion (CCC) whose surface fits the human buttocks can improve the comfort of the cushion. The CCC design method based on body pressure mapping is simplicity and efficiency, however an appropriate mapping function is hard to obtain. Aimed at polyurethane foam cushion, a CCC design method based on body pressure mapping is proposed (simulated pressure and deformation mapping method, SPDM method), whose mapping function is obtained from the simulation results:firstly the finite element model of human buttock-seat cushion is established and is adaptively adjusted according to the human body parameters and material characteristic curve, secondly the body pressure mapping function is obtained by fitting the simulation results of pressure and deformations, then the body pressure distribution is transformed into the carving depth of the foam cushion, finally the interface of CCC is completed in CATIA. SPDM method and tested material characteristic mapping (TMCM) method were used to design cushions based on experiment and simulation pressure data of two different statures experiments(50th and 95th percentile), the smoothness and body pressure distribution of the designed cushion surface are used to validate the custom-contoured cushion. The results indicates that custom-contoured cushion designed based on SPDM method has a good smoothness and can improve the comfort of the cushion.
