摘要: 针对浙江大学研制的智能管捆成形电液位置伺服系统,应用粗糙集数据分析的理论,提出一种有自学习能力的粗糙-模糊PID控制方法。该方法无需人为经验干预,可以直接根据从数据中提取的规则,将输入映射到输出子空间来进行控制规则的动态自学习。把这种方法应用于管捆成形电液位置伺服系统的同步跟踪控制,实际的运行结果表明,该方法明显优于常规模糊PID控制,并能获得满意的稳态和动态单缸位移跟踪和双缸同步控制 精度。

Abstract: An approach of rough-fuzzy control, which uses rough set data analysis to upgrade fuzzy PID control, is presented for the electro-hydraulic servo position system in pipe bundle shaping process. The input to the model is mapped into the output subspace by using rules acquired from RSDA, then the output of the system is approximated in the subspace. On the basis of RSDA, modeling and analysis of actual pipe bundle shaping control process is provided. Compared with conventional fuzzy PID control, this method takes on better dynamic running performance with simple control arithmetic.
