几种典型塑性成形问题的精确上限解

摘要: 对单边均匀受压钝角楔体、理想切口板条的拉伸以及定常塑性流动,如板条通过光滑楔形模具的拉拔、正挤压等,其滑移线场均由均匀场和中心扇形场组成的几种曲型塑性成形问题,利用上限法推导出一个含有n个全等三角形的、对这些问题均适用的上限解的通用表达式,且当n趋近无穷大时,便为这些问题和滑移线解相同的精确上限解。

关键词: 截面缩减率, 精确上限解, 均匀场, 中心扇形场

Abstract: Accurate upper-bound solutions for several typical plastic forming problems are found, such as an obtuse wedge under the action of a one-sided uniform pressure, the extension of a strip with ideal cuts, and steady plastic flow, for example, drawing of a strip through a tapered die with smooth walls, forward extrusion of a sheet from a container with smooth walls through a slit, etc. The slip-line fields consist of uniform fields and central fan fields in these problems. By using of upper-bound technique, a general formula of the upper-bound solution with n being suitable for the plastic problems is deduced. Then , when , the accurate upper bound solutions to be identically equal to the slip-line solutions are obtained.
