摘要: 在精密机械的热敏感理论指导下,成功研制了以微机为核心的热激励装置,提出了研究精密机械热态特性的新方法——热激励法。这种有效、无损、快速和方便的热激励技术,可用于分析机械系统各内热源的热作用重要程度,识别精密机械中影响工作精度的热薄弱环节等研究,从而为改善机械热态特性设计或热监控提供科学依据。

关键词: 精密机械, 热激励, 热态特性, 辊弯成形, 回弹控制, 数值模拟, 轧辊设计

Abstract: Based on the thermal susceptible theory of precision machine, a heat excitation device with microcomputer is projected and manufactured, further, a new method is presented in order to study thermal characteristic of precision machine. The new method of artificial heat excitation can be employed effectively, quickly and non-destructively in researching the function of different internal heat sources, and identifying the thermal weak link which affects working accuracy in machine system. Therefore, the heat excitation technique can provide the scientific foundation improving weak links or realizing temperature control.
