摘要: 本文将控制论引人机床结构设计,按照信息传递的观点分析了滚齿机传动链的动态误差,并且成功地设计出了消除传动链误差的机械反馈机构。经过两年多的运行考核证明,这种系统具有结构简单,性能稳定和效果显著等特点。根据在Y3180H型滚齿机上实用的情况表明,可使该机床的加工精度由7级提高到5级。该设计和实验证明,以控制论的观点重新认识和设计机床机械系统,是一项有相当意义的工作。

Abstract: This article has control theory introduced into the design of machine construction, and, in accordance with the view of transforming information, has analyzed the dynamic error of the drive chain of hobbing machines, and successfully designed mechanical feed back drive mechanism for compensating drive error. The practical operation test in Y3180H bobbing machine for recent two years has proved this drive mechanism to be simple in construction, stable in operation, and excellent in effect. Hence the precision of the processed gear can be raised from class7 to class 5 The design and test of the mechanical driving system has proved that it is of great significance to take control theory into consideration while designing machine tools.
