摘要: 通过构建企业信息化系统的状态矩阵,综合考虑各应用系统的收益和实施周期、应用系统之间的协同特性、企业资金和时间等要素基础上,建立了应用系统实施顺序决策支持模型。从企业特性和企业竞争重点的角度探讨了应用系统的收益评估方法,从应用系统之间数据流的角度阐述了协同系数矩阵的构建方法,从而可以求解模型,为决策提供有效支持。最后运用上述方法对某企业信息化应用系统实施顺序决策进行了案例分析。

Abstract: After constructing a state matrix of enterprise information systems, a decision support technique for the implementation order of application system for manufacturing enterprise is developed, which considers both synergy and the resources constraints. In order to obtain the practicable solution via this model, an assessing way for information systems is discussed from the point of both enterprise characteristics and competition emphases, and a technique for synergy matrix is expounded from the point of data flow between application systems. Finally, the proposed technique is illustrated by an example.
