摘要: 指出了以往采用能量法导出的拉深凸缘皱曲强度过低的主要原因是将皱曲波宽近似等长于波弧。应用改进后的皱曲强度预测无压边皱曲临界毛坯尺寸和常数压边载荷下的最小放皱压边力,与试验结果和生产经验数据完全一致。压边力解同时也适合作为弹性压边的初始压边力。还对国内外有关理论和经验公式,对照实际作了比较和分析。

Abstract: It is pointed that equating the width of wrinkling wave with length of its curve is principalreason why the strengths of flange wrinkling in cupdeep-drawing process are too low in the past, which are deduced by using energy method. With the aid of improving wrinkling strengths, the predictions on both critical wrinkling dimension of blank without blankholder and minimum blankholder pressure to prevent wrinkling under constant load are completely in agreement with both experimental results and experiential date in production. The solution of blankholder pressure may be also used as fist pressure under spring-loaded blankholder. Relative theoretical and experimental formulas from home and abroad are compared and analyzed either by contrast with reality.
