摘要: 初轧机打滑而引起的自激振动往往是轧机部件一次性破坏的主要原因。本文分析初轧机传动线有间隙时打滑自激振动的情形,给出能否激起振动的判据,并考虑到结构阻尼和正压力大小对自激振动时扭矩放大系数的影响,还分析单面打滑和双面打滑的情形。

Abstract: In the main drive System of blooming mill the Self-excited vibration aroused by then slipping between the rolls and ingot is usually the main cause of first transceudence failure. The paper analyses the condition of self-excited vibration when there exist backlashes in the main drive system. A criterion is set up to identify whether the self-excited oscillation can be excited and a first order approximation for amplitude of steady self-exited oscillation is obtained. And also considers the influence of structural damping and normal pressure on torque amplification factor of self-excited oscillation. Mnorever analyses. The conditions of single face slipping and double face slipping.
