摘要: 本文根据机械可靠性理论建立了以接触疲劳强度为基础的,同时考虑偏载影响的多列滚动轴承疲劳寿命预测模型。以3-722四列圆锥滚子轴承为例,通过可靠性试验和现场调查对此模型的确准性进行了验证。结果表明用此模型预测多列滚动轴承疲劳寿命与实际使用情况基本吻合。

Abstract: In this paper, according to the theory of mechanical reliability, the fatigue life model for multi-row rolling bearings that bases upon contact fatigue strength and considers the effect of blased load on the life of rolling bearings is established. 3-722 four-row tapered roller bearing is taken as an example. Through contact fatigue test and field reliability test for it, the accuracy of the model is examined. Result shows that life value calculated by the model is better coincident with actual used life.
