摘要: 针对复杂过渡特征零件的建模问题,提出了一种新的三角Bézier曲面反求建模方案。应用局部网格点追加和网格拓扑关系调整等技术,较好地解决了三角曲面建模中分块搭接时在特征走向变化区域存在的“X”和“T”形相交特征的融合问题。应用实例表明,基于分块建模、曲面搭接以及特征融合的三角曲面建模方案,可以得到特征表达完备的高质量曲面模型。

Abstract: Aimed at modeling of parts with complex small blend features, a new re-modeling methodology based on triangular Bézier surface is presented. With techniques such as adding of mesh point and editing of mesh topological relationships, the feature blending operation, existing in a pattern of feature such as X and T formed by the intersection of two feature regions, is discussed. Application shows that segmented modeling, patch overlapping and feature blending can present a satisfied whole representation of complex parts with small blend features.
