摘要： 在对气动测量进行理论分析的基础上，研制出一种新型气动量仪。它不仅能用于测量尺寸误差、形状误差，而且可以测量相互位置误差。

Abstract: On the basis of thearetie analysis for pneumatie measuring instrument, a now type of pneumatie instrumentation was developed in this paper. It can be used for measuring not only dimension and shape error but also relative position one.
