液压机组合板机架的整体工作性能分析

摘要: 本文用有限元混合法和专用计算程序对大型模锻液压机的组合板机架进行了弹性接触分析,求出接触内力及其分布,还应用SAP5结构分析程序做为空间问题对机架的工作载荷和预紧力分布的不均匀性及其对机架的整体工作性能的影响进行了分析计算,合理地确定了预紧力和螺栓的预紧量,保证了机架整体工作的充分条件。文中以大型多向模锻液压机的工作样机-650吨多向模锻液压机为例进行了计算验证,得出了具有实用价值和准确的结果,解决了研制模锻液压机的关键技术。

Abstract: This paper Presents the elastic contacting analysis on the combined frame of large die forging hydraulic press by means of the finite element-mixed method and a special computer program and the contacting force and its distribution are evaluated. At the same time, by using SAP-5 Structure analysis program as three-dimensional problem, analyzed and calculated are the effects of the working load and nonuniform distribution of pre-stressed force on the integral working property of the combined frame. The pre-stress and pre-tightening of the bolt are thus correctly determined and the integral working conditions can be fully ensured.In this paper, 650-ton working model of the Iarge m ultiaxial die-forging hydraulic press is taken as an example for the calculation to verify this analysis and the results of practical value and good accuracy are achieved, thus a critical point in the technology for the development of the large die-forging hydraulic press is resolved.
