摘要: 本文对工业中常用焊接电弧特别是MIG-MAG电弧的控制系统进行了理论分析,并对其中存在的问题进行了讨论。为了改善焊接电弧的行为,提高焊接质量,作者提出一种新的电弧控制法(QH-ARC法)。利用这种控制法,焊接电弧可以在任何类型的外界扰动下或送丝速度大范围快速变化时保持稳定的弧长和最佳的射流过度状态。因而用它可以作为进行程序焊接、脉冲送丝焊接、单旋钮控制的手段。利用这种控制法还可以对焊缝成型、溶深以及热输入量进行闭环控制。

Abstract: The author made a brief survey of the welding arc control system applied in. conventional arc welding machines and discussed the problems existing in them. In order to improve the welding arc behavior and consequent weld quality an original control concept (QH-ARC control) has been conceived. It can ensure stabic arc length and satisfactory metal transfer at both normal welding conditions and abrupt change of wire feed speed or any other type of arc disturbance. Therefore, it may be used as a means for realising profile welding, pulsed wire feed welding and one-knob controlled welding processes. Taking advantage of this control method a closed loop control of bead penetration and heat imput, may be obtained.
