摘要: 本文介绍一种电液施力系统的优化设计理论。它包括:1、系统优化,将电液施力系统划分成跟踪型、保持型和正弦型三种,并分别给出了优化设计方法;2、元件优化,介绍选择伺服阀空载流量和油缸有效面积最佳值的P-Q计算尺;3、为消除强干扰、负载影响和交链影响,介绍了结构不变性原理;4、为探讨干扰力产生的过程及其与伺服阀予开口的关系,介绍了伺服阀的两种工作状态及其全局负载曲线。

Abstract: An optiniized design theory of electro bydraulic force-applying system is. Presented in this paper in which are: 1) System optimization: Electro-hydraulic force-applying systems are divided into thrree types-follow type, containment type and sinusoidal type, and the optimized design methods are given for each type;2 ) Element optimization; Here a P-Q calculating chart is introduced which may be used for selecting the optimum values of the load-free flow of the servo valve and effective cross-sectional area of oil-cylinder; 3) The principle of structure invariability is given, which can be applied to eliminate the intense disturbance, load effect and the cross linking effect; 4) Two kinds of operating conditions and perfect load curves of servo valve are introduced in the paper in order to discuss the process of occurrence of the disturbing forces and the relationship between the forces and the open center of the servo valve.
