摘要: 利用ANSYS软件,对平板镦粗方形截面毛坯进行数值模拟,定量分析了:刚性区及毛坯的形状变化与压下量的关系,以及纵向中心对称面上的应力应变分布与参数l/h(l为方柱体的横截面边长,h为方柱体的高)的关系,并得出了内部最大拉应力的所在位置,与不产生内部拉应力的最小尺寸比l/h的值。从而定量地验证了方柱体镦粗的刚塑性拉应力力学模型的正确性。为进一步研究制定镦粗及拔长工艺参数提供了定量的理论依据。

Abstract: By means of the software of ANSYS, the numerical simulation of the new theory of upsetting a block with square transaction between flat platens is carried out. Both the relationship between the shape of the rigid region and the reduction in height and the relationship between the deformed shape of the block and the reduction in height are described quantificationally. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the distribution of stress and strain on the longitudinal center section and the dimension parameter l/h, the rigid-plastic mechanical model for upsetting a block with square transaction is verified quantitative, the point with the highest tensile stress is located and the minimum of the dimension ratio l/h with which there is no tension at the point is obtained. All the results lay a quantitative theoretical foundation for further studying and designing technologic parameters of upsetting and stretching technology.
