摘要: 提出了一种气浮台自重变形引起的不平衡力矩的补偿方法,即将气浮台平台质心与回转中心在垂直方向相距以微小距离,从而使气浮台的刚体质心与回转中心不重合产生的不平衡力矩与平台自重变形引起的不平衡力矩在气浮台水平两角最大工作范围处相互抵消。采用航天器姿态动力学理论讨论了补偿后的最大不平衡力矩变化规律,论证了此种补偿方法适用于气浮台绕水平面内过回转中心的任意轴旋转的情况。计算结果表明,当工作范围为±25o时,补偿后的最大不平衡力矩仅为补偿前的1/25。

Abstract: A compensating method for unbalance torque resulted from the platform deforming of the air-bearing testbed acted on gravity is presented, that is making a tiny distance between the mass-center and the center of rotation of the platform in the vertical direction so as to offset the unbalance torque resulted from the shift the mass-center with respect to the center of rotation of the platform and from the platform deforming when acted on gravity in the maximum work range of two horizontal Eulerian angle. The change trend of maximum unbalance torque after compensated is discussed by the theory on spacecraft attitude kinetics. It is demonstrated that this method can be applied to any case that the air-bearing testbed rotate around the horizontal axis. The result shows the maximum unbalance torque after compensated is only 1/25 little than the one before compensated.
