摘要: 建立基于大系统理论的车辆半主动悬架整车数学模型,设计悬架系统各子系统的时滞半主动悬架模糊控制器,利用大系统递阶控制理论实现车辆悬架系统的集成控制,分析车辆动态性能,在仿真计算的基础上,进行实车道路试验。结果表明,大系统递阶控制系统可降低控制矩阵的阶数,通过协调控制、优化车辆的整体性能,而且子系统的划分,能提高控制系统的稳定性,为半主动悬架及其控制系统研究开辟了新的方法和途径。

Abstract: The mathematic model of whole vehicle semi-active suspension system is built on the basis of large-scale system theory. The fuzzy controller of time-delay semi-active suspension of the subsystems of suspension system is designed. By using the large-scale system hierarchical control theory, integrated control of vehicle suspension system is realized, the dynamic performance of vehicle is analyzed, and on the basis of simulation computer, road test of actual vehicle is carried out. The results show that the large-scale system hierarchical control system can improve the stability of control system, which opens a new way for the research of semi-active suspension and its control system.
