钢锭凝固与偏析形成的多元合金连续介质模型

摘要: 建立了多元合金凝固传输现象与偏析形成的连续介质模型,在微机上应用提出的数值求解方法及编制的模拟计算软件,对一大型定向碳素钢锭凝固过程中的传热、传质与液相流动过程及宏观偏析的形成进行了高效率的数值模拟。计算结果证明了利用定向钢锭的凝固工艺,可使凝固钢锭的大部分区域(大于铸锭高度的90%)中的杂质元素质量分数及偏析减小,从而达到提高钢锭质量的目的。

Abstract: A previous continuum model and corresponding numerical solution method are extended to a multi-component solidification system. Using the relevant simulation computer codes, the heat, mass and momentum transfer phenomena and macrosegregation formations in a directional solidification process of large plain carbon steel ingot are successfully and efficiently simulated on a personal computer. The computation results indicate that through the directional solidification technique, high quality solidified steel ingots with less impurity solute contents and less macrosegregation in their majority portions of the ingot volume can be obtained.
