摘要: 提出了一种新型的微型机器人的驱动机构。此种微型机器人能够在充满液体的弯曲的微型管道内运行。当它在充满液体的微型管道内运行时,在它的周围会自动形成一层液体动压润滑膜,此润滑膜能避免它与管道壁发生直接接触。详细分析计算和试验研究了此种微型机器人在具有不同半径、不同粘度液体的管道内运行时的速度和形成的液体动压润滑膜厚度。结果表明,此种微型机器人能以较快速度在管内悬浮运行。此种微型机器人特别适用于进入人体内腔和血管。

Abstract: A new kind of micro robot is proposed. This kind of the micro robot can move in micro-tubes full of fluids. When it moves in micro-tubes full of fluids, the hydrodynamic fluid film will form. The film can prevent the direct contact between it and the micro-tubes. The locomotion speed and hydrodynamic fluid film thickness formed when it moves in micro-tubes full of fluids are calculated according to the hydrodynamic lubrication theory. The results indicate that the micro-robot can be suspended to move quickly in micro-tubes full of fluids. The above results are confirmed by the experiments. This kind of the micro robot especially suits to move in endocoeles or blood vessel.
