旋压机恒功率自适应同步系统

摘要: 一步法无心模封头旋压机在工作过程中,主轴和成形辊共同驱动封头毛坯转动,二部分驱动的啮合点是变化的,因此实现其同步控制就成为技术上的难点。本文在分析旋压工艺参数变化范围的基础上,采用力反馈的工作原理,首次设计与应用了恒功率自适应同步系统。实践证明该系统简单、可靠,能取得很好的经济效益;其工作原理能在工作过程中同步点变化、且很难检测的控制中推广应用。

Abstract: In the process of spinning container head using one-step method, the difficulty in making main shaft and knuckle roll synchronous is that the position of gearing point of main shaft and knuckle roll cannot be easily measured owing to the variation of their gearing point. On the basis of analyzing the range of spinning parameters, the constant power and self synchronous system was creatively designed with adopting the principle of force feedback. The practice indicates that the system is simple and reliable and has significant economic effect. Meanwhile, the principle adopted in this system can be widely applied to the process in which synchronous point varies and its position cannot be easily measured.
