摘要: 食品药品安全是重大的民生和公共安全问题,医用注射液在注入人体之前必须经过严格的质量检测,否则,将引发各种危害性疾病,甚至危及生命。目前,医药生产企业对注射液的检测方式多为人工检测,存在效率低、可靠性差、质量安全得不到保障等诸多缺点,所以视觉检测机器人替代人工检测是一种必然趋势。基于此,详细探讨视觉检测机器人开发过程中遇到的核心技术难题,从视觉检测方案、高精密机械结构设计、主从运动机构高度协同控制、高速高精度图像采集系统及微弱目标检测识别与分类方法等多个方面入手,具体阐述制约视觉检测机器人目前研发所遇到的瓶颈问题及可行性解决方案。并陈述视觉检测机器人的下一步发展趋势。

Abstract: The food and drug safety is related to people’s livelihood and public safety issues, so medical injection must be through quality and safety tested when using. Otherwise, it will cause a variety of diseases or even life-threatening. At present, pharmaceutical manufacturers still use artificial lighting inspection method to control the quality of injection. This inspection method has many defects, such as low speed, poor stability, low level of security. So in order to solve this problem and improve the level of drug security status, it is very necessary to introduce a type of robot based on machine vision technology to inspect pharmaceutical injection instead of people. Key technical problems encountered are discussed in the development process of the inspection robot, including overall solutions of the robot, the design of high precision mechanical structure, the synergistic control method of sever motors, the high-speed and high-precision image acquisition system and methods of weak target to detect, recognize and classify. The research and development bottlenecks which constraint the robot and feasible solutions are elaborated, and the next step in the development trend of the visual inspection robot is stated.
