振动轮式微机械传感器非线性力学特性的研究

摘要: 用能量法计算了振动轮式微机械角速率传感器中梁的力矩-转角的非线性关系,分析了在这种非线性影响下的传感器幅频、相频特性。试验结果表明在这种微传感器中确实存在非线性振动现象。用推导出的公式得到的计算数据与试验数据吻合得较好。最后提出了减小微结构非线性特性的措施。

Abstract: The nonlinearity of moment-angle relationship of the beams in a kind of micromachine vibratory angular rate sensor is derived by using energy method. Under the considering of this nonlinearity, the frequency characteristie of the sensor is analyzed. Test results show that nonlinear vibration phenomenon does exist in micromachine vibration beams, and the calculated curves of the formulas derived accords with the measured data. Finally, the ways to reduce the nonlincarity are introduced.
