摘要: 根据圆锥形零件成形时破裂危险断面处的应力状态,并综合考虑几何尺寸、各向异性、材料硬化等因素的影响,经力学分析得出了圆锥形零件成形时危险断面处的承载能力,以此可作为判断成形过程能否顺利成形,确定极限变形程度的依据。

关键词: 板材成形, 成形极限, 拉伸失稳, 圆锥形零件

Abstract: On the basis of the stress states on the dangerous section of fracture in conical part forming, and in comprehensive consideration of the effects of factors such as geometric dimensions, anisotropy, material work-hardening and so on, load-bearing capability on the dangerous section is derived by mechanical analysis, which serves as the basis for judging whether the process is successfully forming and for determinating the limit deformation degree of conical parts.
