摘要: 本文着重讨论了耦合颤振的相位诊断原理和诊断方法。理论分析和实验都证明耦合型颤振系统的稳定性与其各向振运输闰移的相差φ存在某种对应关系。因此,通过实际测量振动系统各向振动位移在颤振频率上的相位差φ的大小,就可诊断现场加工中发生的颤振是否属于耦合型颤振。

Abstract: Diagnostic principle and method in Chatter mode coupling are discussed emphatically in this article. It is confirmed that the stability of mode coupling vibratory system is associated with the phase cp between two vibratory signals which are picked up in different direction. Measuring the phase φ in the chatter freguency component during metal cutting, we may know whether the chatter excited belongs to the mode coupling effect.
