注塑产品与模具协同设计任务规划算法研究

摘要: 协同设计支持多功能小组共同参与一个产品的设计过程,在产品开发的初始阶段,合理的任务规划将有利于协同设计的顺利进行,从而提高设计效率与质量。对协同设计任务规划系统开发的关键技术进行研究,采用模糊设计结构矩阵描述设计子任务的耦合关系,提出了新的模糊排序算法指导设计过程的分解与重组;基于综合能力、兴趣和时间约束分配设计任务,并根据协同设计过程的并行度与耦合度测定,提出了新的协同设计任务调度的时间分配策略。最后以注塑产品及模具协同设计为对象进行了验证。

Abstract: Collaborative design supports distributed team- work that addresses interrelated aspects of a product development. In the first phrase of product development, a good task plan can make the collaborative design go smoothly, and improve design efficiency and quality. To develop a task plan system, its key technology is discussed. A fuzzy design structure matrix is used to describe the coupling relationship of subtasks of a product develop process, and a new fuzzy sort algorithm for process reengineering and sequence is put forward. According to designers’comprehensive qualification, interest and time constraint, a task assignment algorithm is designed. A new time arrange strategy, based on subtasks’ concurrent degree and coupling degree measure, for task schedule is also gave out. As a case study, injection product and mold collaborative design is demonstrated.
