高性能环类零件绿色智能轧制的研究进展

摘要: 高性能环类零件广泛应用于众多重要工业领域,其制造技术体现了国家机械制造能力和水平。环件轧制是一种连续局部塑性成形技术,也是高性能环类零件先进成形制造技术。基于作者在高性能环类件轧制成形领域的研究基础,对我国高性能环件轧制成形理论和应用现状和工艺发展进行系统介绍:分析高性能环件轧制成形特点;阐述环件轧制成形理论,包括轧环条件、力能计算方法和轧制过程模拟进展;介绍我国高性能环件轧制成形技术在机械、航空、航天等工业领域的应用成果;例举当前我国环轧制成形工艺装备的最新进展;结合国家重点研发计划的研发情况,介绍高性能环类零件智能轧制和绿色轧制的建设现状。我国已经成为世界高性能环类零件重要制造基地,作为基础和关键重要部件的高效制造方法,高性能环类零件绿色智能轧制将为我国制造业双碳目标提供有效的解决方案。

Abstract: High Performance Ring Parts(HPRPs) are a widely applied in many industry sectors, whose manufacturing technology is an important symbol of the national mechanical manufacturing capacity. Ring rolling is a continuously partial plastic forming technology, which is an advanced forming manufacturing technology of HPRPs. On basis of the research foundation of authors in rolling of HPRPs, the theory, applications and new technologies of HPRPs rolling are systematically introduced. The forming characteristics of bearing rolling are analyzed; the ring rolling forming theory are formulated, which include the rolling condition and force and energy computational method; the applications of HPRPs rolling technology in China mechanic, aviation and aerospace industry sectors are introduced; the new development of ring rolling process and equipment are described. Combined with the progress of national key R & D plan, the construction status of intelligent rolling and green rolling of HPRPs is introduced. China has become an important country of HPRPs rolling. As an efficient manufacturing method of fundamental, key and important parts, green and intelligent rolling for HPRPs would provide the best solution for China’s double carbon target.
