多管火箭炮射击精度总体设计方法研究

摘要: 多管火箭炮射击精度设计方法是获得多管火箭系统高射击精度的关键技术。为解决长期制约多管火箭系统发展的射击精度设计方法国际难题,从准确快速描述多管火箭系统动力学规律入手,通过理论、计算、试验三大方面连续20多年的系统深入研究,引入多体系统传递矩阵法这一多体系统动力学新方法,结合现代计算机技术,构建了多管火箭系统动力学可视化仿真与设计软件和多管火箭系统射击精度数据库,据此首次制定了我国首个多管火箭炮射击精度总体设计方法兵器行业标准和国家军用标准,包括:多管火箭炮射击精度设计原理与流程、模型设计、动力学仿真与优化、虚拟样机总体设计方案及其虚拟试验结果、虚拟试验结果的物理试验验证、多管火箭炮射击精度总体设计方案。这些为多管火箭系统射击精度设计提供了理论依据、技术手段与技术标准,为其他武器系统和其他复杂机械系统动力学设计提供了借鉴。给出了本方法用于我国兵器、船舶、航空、航天工业行业多种多管火箭系统射击精度设计重大工程实践,大幅提升多管火箭炮射击精度设计水平从而大幅提高多种多管火箭系统射击精度的部分实例。

Abstract: System design method of firing precision for multiple rocket launchers is the key technology to get high firing precision of multiple rocket launch system (MLRS). In order to solve the long exist difficult problem which restrain the development of MLRS for lack of system design method of firing precision, it starts with describing the MLRS dynamics style quickly and accurately, a visual simulation and design software of MLRS dynamics and firing precision database of MLRS is built by introducing a new method for multibody system like transfer matrix method for multibody system and combining modern computer technology through 20 years of continuous deep study in three aspects of theory, computation and experiment. Accordingly, the first weapon industry standard and national military standard of system design method of firing precision for multiple rocket launchers are formulated. These include design principles and condition and process of firing precision for MLRS, model design, dynamics simulation and optimization, virtual prototype design program and its virtual test results, experimental verification of virtual test, multiple rocket launcher firing precision system design. Above all provide a theoretical basis and technical means and technical standards for system design method of firing precision for multiple rocket launchers. And an example for the dynamic design of other weapon systems and other mechanical systems is provided. Some practical examples are given that use the proposal method in the design of firing precision for MLRS in the fields of weapon, shipping, aviation and aerospace industries of our country to improve significantly the design level of firing precision for multiple rocket launcher and the firing precision for MLRS.
