摘要: 目前,高速直驱式转子系统成为一种重要的发展趋势,为了研究多跨转子系统在弹性联轴器联接下含有不对中故障的多圆盘轴承-双跨转子动力学模型,通过将联轴器质量矩阵和刚度矩阵作为总体质量和刚度矩阵的一部分,并考虑重力、不平衡力、油膜力和不对中力的作用,采用Newmark-β方法求解运动微分方程,获得双跨转子系统的振动响应。对比研究有无不对中故障下系统的动力特性,采用轴心轨迹图、分叉图、Poincare映射图和FFT频谱图分析了平行不对中度、角向不对中度和联轴器刚度对转子动力学响应的影响。分析结果表明,不对中度会使系统的非线性特征更加复杂,但对转子系统的失稳转速作用不明显;膜盘联轴器径向刚度增大后,转子系统出现强2×响应并产生4×和6×的偶数倍频分量,联轴器角向刚度的增加会提高转子系统的失稳转速和2×振动分量。研究结果可对转子系统结构设计和故障诊断提供理论参考。
