机电设备在役再制造工程理论研究及应用

Research and Application of Electromechanical Equipment Remanufacturing Engineering in Service Theory

摘要: 机电设备运行可靠是设计制造的目的,也是其发挥功效、创造价值的阶段。针对国内机电设备运行可靠性差、运行效率低、与生产过程不匹配且自适应调控差等现状,提出机电设备在役再制造工程概念,构建了包含适用对象、工程目标、设计基础、生命周期、工程价值五个方面内容的在役再制造理论框架。在役再制造性评价是机电设备在役再制造的前提,基于监测数据、可靠性数据、维修数据、分析化验数据,开展机电设备健康度评价、可靠性评价和能效水平评价,数据驱动决策开展在役再制造个性化再设计,构建在役再制造性评价指标体系和评价模型,量化在役再制造性评价指标。以某催化裂化装置主风机静叶可调执行机构阀位锁位或跑位故障率高、运行可靠性差为例,针对常规电液控制系统进行在役再制造,结果表明,在役再制造工程具有巨大的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract: Electromechanical equipment operation reliability is the purpose of design and manufacture, as well as the stage of creating value and playing function efficiency. Aiming at the poor operation reliability, low running efficiency, poor matching with process production and poor self-adaptive control of domestic electromechanical equipment, the concept of remanufacturing engineering in service is proposed, and the remanufacturing in service theoretical framework, which comprise applicable object, project objectives, design basis, life cycle and engineering value, is constructed. Remanufacturability in Service assessment is the precondition of remanufacturing for electromechanical equipment. Health level assessment, reliability evaluation and efficiency level evaluation are carried out based on the condition monitoring data, reliability data, maintainability data and analysis data. The personalized redesign is executed based on data-driven decision-making, and then the Remanufacturability in Service evaluation index system and evaluation model are constructed to quantify Remanufacturability in Service. The static blade adjustable actuator for axial-blower with high failure rate, poor operational reliability are often suffered valve position locking or running out of control in the fluid catalytic cracking unit(FCCU), the traditional electro-hydraulic control system is remanufactured in service. Application case proves that Remanufacturing Engineering in Service can create huge economic and social benefits.
