Abstract: The principles of strategic selection and economic evaluation about AMT investment projects are discussed. The method of AMT Investment Projects and the method of AMT investment selection and economic evaluation (ABSSEE-AMTI) are set forward. By making use of IDEEo graph to build up the architecture of AMT investment project selection and economic evaluation system, its procedures of implementation are recounted.
