APPLICATION OF MULTISENSOR INFORMATION FUSION ON THE DYNAMIC BALANCE MEASUREMENT SYSTEM OF THE PRECISION CENTRIFUGE

Abstract: The dynamic balance measurement system of the precision centrifuge is composed of four capacitance displacement measuring instruments mounted on the upper and lower measuring planes,a force-measuring sensor on the base and angle-measuring gratings.When in quasi-static state and the balance velocity state the first harmonic error is measured by five sensors respectively,the normal force upon the pedestal is measured by the force-measuring sensor,the vibration vector can be calculated by the output of four capacitance displacement instruments.Comparing the output of four capacitance displacement instrument to that of the force-measuring sensor,then the malfunction judgement can be given.Applying the redundancy technology and multisensor information fusion technology,the synchronized automated data acquisition,processing and malfunction warning is realized by computer.
