Abstract: Taking mobile missile launcher as an example, this paper analyses the problems regarding the erection control of large-sized mechanism driven by hydraulic system, studies the loads of hydraulic cylinder in erecting process, gives the relation curves between input pressure, flow rate of multi-stage cylinder and the erecting angle respectively, as well as issues a scheme for the control of mechanism erecting process based on electrohydraulic proportion control technique which may implement easy control of hydraulic oil source and erecting speed. Simulation results have shown the scheme issued is capable of being employed in designing quick erecting system.
