Abstract: A meter-in, meter-out independent regulated control principle based on pressure decrease sensing is advanced, which could be applied in the control of acceleration, deceleration and brake process of high inertia loads. Results show that acceleration process of high inertia loads is shortened, the large pressure clash in the outlet side of actuator could be avoided and the damping ratio of the system could be increased in deceleration and brake process of high inertia loads after this principle is adopted. It is an efficient way to solve the smoothness problem of deceleration and brake process of high inertia loads.
