STATISTICAL ANALYSIS ON ARTICLES AND THEIR REFERENCE LITERATURES OF “CHINESE JOURNAL OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING”

Abstract

Abstract: CHINESE JOURNAL OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING is the core periodical of mechanics, which was included in 《A Guide of the Core Journal of China》. It published 558 articals with 3353 reference literatures from 1992 to 1996. A statistical analysis is made on the average publishing capacity, the degree of authors cooperation, the time lag of papers publishing, the amount of reference literatures, languages, the type of literatures, the cases of various quoting, the distribution of years and authors. It objectively appraised the level of articles and reference literatures in CHINESE JOURNAL OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING.
