Research on Remanufacturing Production Mode Based on Game Theory

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the different remanufacturing production mode, three different models that contain a single manufacturer and a single retailer are established：No remanufacturing, manufacturer remanufacturing and outsourcing remanufacturer remanufacturing. The wholesale price, retail price, collection price, return transfer price and profit are analyzed and compared through gambling theory analysis. The results show that remanufacturing is better than no remanufacturing, and the outsourcing remanufacturer is profitable only when the repurchase price of remanufacturing product is higher than a certain value. These conclusions contribute practical significance to the decision of remanufacturing production mode.
