Abstract: A formulae with parameters of stress amplitude, mean stress and fatigue life by using three-parameter σ-N curve and constant life diagram, I. E. , generalized σ-N curved surface equation, is presented. This equation can be used as the principle of fatigue life prediction and fatigue reliability design.
