Vertical Coupling Dynamics Analysis of Train-track System with Considering Traction Motor Vibration

Abstract: In order to analyze the influence of traction motor vibration on the dynamic performance of high-speed train’s power vehicle, based on the traditional train-track vertical coupling dynamic model and considering the coupling motion relationship between the traction motor and the train, a train-track vertical coupling dynamic model with considering traction motor vibration under the combined action of the traction motor unbalanced magnetic pull and track random irregularity is established, and the effectiveness of the model is verified by real vehicle test. Based on this, the difference between the vertical random vibration response of the train-track vertical coupling dynamic model with considering traction motor vibration and the traditional model is analyzed, and the influence of the traction motor unbalanced magnetic pull on the vertical dynamic characteristics of the high-speed train key components and the traction motor is revealed. The research results provide an effective theoretical analysis tool for the vertical vibration characteristic analysis and structural parameter optimization of the high-speed train’s power vehicle.
