Current Status of Research and Development Trend of Laser-induced Graphene Manufacturing

Abstract: As a two-dimensional nanomaterial that has attracted much attention, graphene has excellent mechanical strength, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, and is widely used in various fields. Traditional graphene manufacturing technology has problems such as high cost and low yield, which are not conducive to the industrial production of graphene. The laser-induced manufacturing graphene technology developed in recent years has the advantages of simple process, low cost and high yield, which makes laser become a hot spot in graphene manufacturing technology. This article briefly describes the mechanism of laser generation, introduces and summarizes the precursor types of laser-induced graphene, summarizes various characterization techniques of laser-induced graphene, and focuses on the manufacturing method of laser-induced graphene, and summarizes Analyze the influence of various factors on manufacturing, introduce its application in various fields, and finally discuss the current development trend of laser-induced graphene.
