Abstract: This paper first of all gives a new mathematical model of mechanical systems with three degrees of freedom, then accompanied with exemples of electrical copying machining the digital simulation and the forward series compensation functions have been adopted, and thus the active control has been carried out, The results prove satisfactory, an accuracy of 0.01μm has been made.
