Abstract: A new method,based on the analysis of the difference between the calculated result and the measured resuit,is presented .The method approaches a new concept,technological characteristics parameter,and gives a simple way to obtain the parameter ,The parameter may be used in evaluating the safety of a structure ,and in measuring the synthetic influence of some complex factors ,such as welding and cold working ,on the technological quality .The parameter is of both importances for theoretic analysis and for engimeering application.
