Abstract: A modeling approach based on the objects and their links, the behavior and control flow for manufacturing system is presented. The objects involved in a manufacture system are classified as information element, enterprise object and object view. The directed links between pairs of objects are described by object relationships. Integrity rules are used to express semantic rules. The behaviors involved in a manufacture system are divided into domain process, business process, activity and functional operation. Domain processes are directly triggered by event. The sets of procedural rules are used to describe the control flow of a manufacture system are completely, accurately and consistently defined in terms of object oriented N-tuples.
