Abstract:

To realize the optimal utilization of used components resources, and improve the economic benefit of its remanufacturing, a reuse optimization problem for used mechanical equipment components is studied. The redesign of components reuse and combination process model of used mechanical equipment is analyzed, then relationship between reusing strategies of used components, reuse strategy, residual service life of used equipment, and cost of reuse and combination as well as its process complexity is established, based on which a multi-objective optimization model that takes the reuse and combination strategy as the variables. In view of the problem of traditional objective weighted method, the model is solved with improved strength Pareto evolution algorithm (SPEA2). A used lathe C6132 is taken as an example to demonstrate the validity of the above multi-objective optimization model. The results show that the proposed method is effective at realizing reliability enhancement and cost reduction for a used mechanical equipment remanufacturing.
