Abstract: In the manufacturing industry, there are a large number of production equipment with a wide range, huge energy consumption, and great potential for energy conservation and environmental emission reduction. However, production equipment presents characteristics such as wide area dispersion, massive heterogeneity, and dynamic evolution of energy consumption characteristics, which pose great challenges to accurate prediction of equipment energy consumption and efficient energy-saving control of manufacturing processes. The powerful full-dimensional data perception ability and data analysis and processing ability of the Industrial Internet are important technical means to realize energy-saving and optimized operation of production equipment processes. The research on perception, modeling and optimization of production equipment operational energy consumption in the industrial Internet environment is summarized. Firstly, the energy consumption characteristics of production equipment and existing perception, modeling and optimization methods were sorted out from three dimensions: equipment, process, and system. On this basis, from the perspective of industrial Internet, the operational energy consumption management and control framework for production equipment under the industrial Internet environment is summarized, and finally the key technologies for operational energy consumption of production equipment under the industrial Internet environment is summarized and analyzed.
