Abstract: An analytical model of the assembled stiffness of the end-tooth connection structure is proposed based on the pre-tightening force and deformation of the end-tooth connection structure, then the differential equation of a new type of Central Tie Rod Rotor-blade-bearing coupling system is derived through the Timoshenko theory and Hamilton variational principle. And that the modified assembled stiffness calculation of the end-tooth connection structure is incorporate into the complete the modeling of the whole dynamic system considering the contact interface. The analytical model is verified by comparing the results with the ANSYS software simulations. The Campbell diagram and unbalanced response of the coupling system are analyzed under the effect of the pre-tightening force. The results show that the stiffness weakening of the end tooth connection structure under the loosening of the end-tooth connection structure, which greatly reduce the critical speed of rotor. And for the unbalance response of the rotor system, the vibration response of coupling system gradually decreases as increasing of the pre-tightening force. When the pre-tightening force reaches 60KN, the amplitude of the system decreases to gradually stabilize, which is similar to a rigidly connected integral rotor in a non-contact state.
