Abstract: For the precision machining request of complicated surface parts with high performance, geometry accuracy is not the only constraint, but also the performance should be met. Performance of this kind of parts is closely related to the geometrical and physical parameters, so finally accurate size and shape are affected by multiple source constraints, such as geometry, physics, and performance. The manufacturing is difficult and new manufacturing method according to performance requirement is urgently needed. From characteristics analysis of the parts, this kind of complicated surface parts with high performance request can be called redesign class complicated surface parts with multiple source constraints. Coupling correlation model between performance and multiple source constraints is researched and in view of the explicit or implicit relationship, the adjustment mechanism that geometric compensates performance deviation is established. Then, integrating moving frame theory and surface associated theory, correlation model of measurable surface, processing datum surface and processing target surface is obtained and the method of surface redesign for guaranteeing performance request of parts are proposed. Based on this, measure-redesign-machining integration manufacturing strategy for redesign class complicated surface parts with multiple source constraints is put forward and the corresponding technical system is constructed, which provide the new theory and method for realizing the precision machining of such parts.
