Abstract: A method of matching the low-pressure injection parameters optimally is presented according to the principle of numerical simulation and orthogonal experiment. The optimal average bulk conversion and average shear rate are selected as target variables. A simulative orthogonal experiment is designed, and the quantitative analysis of the influence of main technical parameters on the filling process is carried out. Then an optimal parameters combination is determined. This method can make analysis in accordance with the specific structure of product, and the results can be displayed intuitively. Thereby the different analytical results can be compared expediently. Moreover, the original experimental data come from empirical recommended values, so the optimal parameters have universality. An operator console of B mode ultrasonograph produced by a certain company is taken as an example for analysis, and which proves the practicability and feasibility of this method.
