Abstract: To overcome the limitation of computed order tracking in vibration signal analysis for rotating machine, the hybrid computed order tracking method based on constant angular acceleration is proposed. Combined with the linear interpolation method, the constant angular acceleration equation and the cubic spline interpolation method, the proposed method can choose the corresponding method to implement order re-sampling according to the change of angular acceleration of rotating machine, which balances the efficiency and accuracy of the arithmetic. When the change of rotary speed is slow, the linear interpolation method is adopted. When the change of rotary speed is great, the constant angular acceleration equation is adopted. When the change of rotary speed is acute, the cubic spline interpolation method is adopted. The experimental results show that the proposed method is feasible and effective.
