Abstract: The principle of carrying and the influencing factors of bearing capacity of bumpy-ridge beam in pre-stressed wire winded framework are analyzed. The applied load and anti-shearing coefficient on divided surface would influence the integrity of Bumpy-Ridge beam in the pre-stressed wire winded framework. This is analyzed by using Patran/Marc. In addition, experiments on 350 MN turbine forming press’s 1: 10 model have also been done. The results of finite element method and model experiments agree well, which indicates that if the split interface is not treated, the integrity is kept only by friction. The framework in pre-tighten state can keep integral, but in synthesized state will offset If the divided surface is treated, the anti-offsetting capability of interface will be greatly improved. Even under the maximum working load, the framework still can keep integral well.
