Abstract: To solve the problems existing in planning execution of fiber production processes, such as imprecise output and indefinite finishing time of production orders, the double- feedback and phases based scheduling methodology of produc- tion system is proposed to control the production orders. It sets 3 points of feedback in fiber production process, includeing the drawbench, filer and storage operations, which are respectively responsible for feedback data in the production process, so that the real time information of production process can be obtained to master the dynamic production in time. The differences of planning data and real production date are obtained by dealing with information and comparing to production planning so that the adjusting orders are formed and the input data of material are controlled in real time to improve the accuracy of output of production order. Through studying the characters of fiber manufacturing, the scheduling process is divided into two phases which adopts respectively the different scheduling strategy of production orders. Specially, in the second phase, the step scheduling strategy is proposed to shorten production time of production orders in end phases, which sacrifices the part of control accuracy to improve scheduling efficiency. The case shows the validity of methodology proposed.
